My Tiramisu Lab began as a quiet obsession — perfecting one dessert, slowly, in small batches. Every layer is built by hand: espresso pulled the moment it's needed, mascarpone whipped to a feather, cocoa sifted at the very last second.
We believe in restraint. A handful of flavours, the finest ingredients, and the kind of detail you taste before you can name it.
